Hilton Arts Festival 2009

Using National Lotteries Board funding specifically allocated to a production with international component, The Witness Hilton Arts Festival, in association with KickStart, is producing Michael Frayn’s NOISES OFF.  The production will run at the Elizabeth Sneddon theatre prior to the festival. 

A first for KickStart is a collaboration with The Witness Hilton Arts Festival. Together they are producing a brand new production of the ultimate backstage farce, Noises Off by Michael Frayn. This hilarious play that tells of the rivalries and misfortunes of a bickering touring theatre company, will open at the Sneddon Theatre on the 16 August and run until 6 September before opening the Witness Hilton Festival on the weekend of the 19/20 September. The cast is once again comprised of top-notch local talent, starring Ben Voss, Lisa Bobbert, Jailoshini Naidoo, Darren King, Michael Gritten, Bryan Hiles, Belinda Henwood, Peter Court and Liesl Coppin. It is directed by Steven Stead and designed by Greg King.
